How to get there
It's easy to get to Agrigento by bus , and on the train. For example, several trains a day go from Palermo (€ 7.20, 2 hours en route, 11 trains a day) and Catania (€ 12.55, 3½ hours, 6 per day). To the other directions, although the trains go there and shuttle, it is better to get on the bus.
Buses are considered to be the number one transport in Sicily, and Agrigento is no exception: many local and tourists prefer to get to the city on them . The bus station is in Piazza Rosselli square, just behind the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele I square, there are also ticket offices and the schedule can be found . Autoservizi Cuffaro sends daily buses to Palermo (€ 7 . @ 40, 2 hours on the road, 7 flights from Mon to Sat, two on Sunday) . By car
The SS189 route connects Agrigento to Palermo, and the SS115 runs to the coast, northwest of Trapani and southeast of Syracuse. To get to Enna, look for the SS640 road through Caltanissetta.

Transport
You can get to the Valley of the temples on city buses that stop in front of the railway. station. Look for buses number 1, 2 or 3, go to the stops "Museum" or "Piazzale dei Templi".
