On the background of the modern buildings of Feodosia, in the embankment area, the baroque palace in oriental style stands out. An asymmetrical architectural ensemble was erected in 1914 for the family of Stamboli tobacco factory owners.

Work on an elegant structure was conducted five years, as a result of which Theodosius decorated the palace in Moorish style, decorated with minarets. The Stamboli mansion was fenced with a stone fence with intricate carvings along the perimeter. However, the owners did not have to enjoy this splendor for a long time - the owners of the palace had to sell it in 1916.

After the revolution, a sanatorium was opened in the dacha, the Great Patriotic Luxury Halls were used for a hospital. And the manor survived only by chance: retreating fascists wanted to blow up the palace, but did not have time.

Today everyone can estimate the wealth of interiors in the Stamboli mansion. In the palace of Theodosia there is a restaurant and hotel complex. Its name remains the same - "Stamboli's Dacha"
