It's great to unwind after a marathon on the historical attractions of Detroit by visiting the local zoo. And it does not matter whether you are traveling with children or just an adult company. Working hours: daily 9:00 - 17:00 (April - September), 10 : 00 - 17:00 (October), 10:00 - 16:00 (November - March). The Detroit Zoo is closed to Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Entrance: 14 USD, for tourists over 62 years old and for children (up to 14 years): 10 USD, for children under 2 years free of charge. Please note that parking near the Detroit Zoo paid - 6 USD, for buses - 12 USD. The zoo also has entertainment: a ride riding simulator, a 4D movie theater (5 USD) and various carousels (2 USD).
