The Tyva State Philharmonic was formed on April 1, 1969. Now the Philharmonic is located in the former building of the Dzerzhinsky Music and Drama Theater. Kok-ool, where the seeing-off to the front of Tuvan volunteers took place: the tankmen and the cavalry squadron. Today six creative collectives, carriers and propagandists of Tuvan national culture and art work here, as well as famous music and dance ensembles, for example, Sayany.
