Over time, the park was enriched with a summer theater, a dance floor, a summer cafe and several auditoriums, as well as a small exhibition area and a new summer cinema . But the positive changes in the park did not stop there: during the 20th century it the area continued to grow, there were cafes and entertainment institutions . By the second half of the last century the park in Saransk was deservedly considered one of the best in the country .

The current territory of the park is about 40 hectares . Recently the park was renovated again with the current trends of modern landscape design .
