The guest house is 450 meters from the Narzan Gallery and the city center, 60 km from the international airport, 50 m from the private car park, 150 m from the Resort Park, close to the main sights of Kislovodsk.

In the Swallow Pension there are 7 rooms with good sound insulation, each of which has: TV, refrigerator, safe, wardrobe, bathroom, bath accessories, hairdryer and wireless Internet access.
