From July 1, the cost of visiting all the city's museums in Milan will increase. The new project is called "Maneuver 345 000 EUR" and corresponds to the amount by which the authorities plan to replenish the city budget after increasing the cost of entrance tickets to museums. Entrance to the Museum of the 20th century, for example, now will cost a minimum of 5 EUR, whereas earlier some entrance admissions cost 2 - 3 EUR.
Within the framework of the new project, another action is planned - provision of public spaces for private events.
City Councilor for Cultural Affairs of Milan believes that price increase is a simple adjustment of rates that have remained unchanged for 10 years.
