"The city hall plans to create a pedestrian island - one of the largest in Europe, thanks to which our city will be perceived differently. In this area, which will become some kind of big "living room" of Milan, there will be many events. For example, in the summer season on widescreen screens we plan to organize a World Cup review, open cinemas and organize various concerts, "the representative of the measure of Milan, Daniele de Luca, shared his plans.
The money for the new pedestrian island was are allocated from the city budget. The opening of the new park is scheduled for May 1.
