The five-star establishment was occupied by the reconstructed Palazzo Cramer Palace of the 17th century, located just around the corner from the famous opera house of La Scala, the Poldi-Pezzoli Museum and Pinacoteca Brera . The hotel offers 98 rooms and suites of various classes decorated with valuable works of art . The hotel infrastructure includes a yoga room, a fitness center, and the signature La Grand Spa Spa (opening is scheduled for the coming spring) .The gastronomic part of leisure is provided by the restaurant of Italian cuisine Cracco A under the control of the "Micheliner" Carlo Cracco and the cafe Parigi with an impressive dessert map .

The minimum cost of living in the Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa is 370 EUR per day (breakfast is charged an additional fee in the amount of 35 EUR per person.)
