The Dublin Historical and Archaeological Museum is perhaps the most boring museum of this profile in the world. Dedicated to the ancient and rich history of the capital of Ireland and its environs, Dublin proposes to plunge into the past: try on the clothes of the Vikings and go on a sea expedition, visit a medieval fair or look to a 15th-century traveling salesman. "Dublin" is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the Cathedral of Christ, from where you can go to the museum on a separate transition.
The exposition is divided into three parts, and all the exhibits can be touched, smelled and tried on. The first part tells about the Viking period - here their clothes, weapons and household items are exhibited. It is certainly worthwhile to go into the close dwelling of the Vikings and to glorify your home-made concrete mansions. The exhibition "Dublin in the Middle Ages" carries into the atmosphere 12-15 centuries, here you can hear the sounds of old Dublin and stroll along the medieval street. The third part of the museum acquaints with the work of archaeologists on the ruins of historical Dublin.
