Good fun, bad staff! April 18, 2014
We arrived in Hungary by bus, so we were terribly tired. In Héviz, our hotel was booked in advance, so at first I did not even know its name. As it turned out, then we lived in the Palace hotel, which pleased me with a lot of pluses, but there were certainly unpleasant scenes. The biggest disadvantage was the staff, which seemed to be not particularly rude, but was also polite. When you come to a hotel, you want to feel at the resort, relax as it should, and often it's the staff that spoils ... Read the whole review
