1.Reserved the prepayment suite, it turned out that we were sold a one-room number, which even on the site there.
2.We entered the room and were stunned. Cleaning has not been carried out for a couple of months, the dust layer corresponds. Under the bed there was a sock of former guests. I even had to ask for a re-cleaning of the room.
