@ I booked my junior suite at the beginning of December . On arrival it turned out that my room (reserved a specific number) was occupied and we were placed in a standard room, without returning the difference between the cost of the . With a request to settle me in the booked room, said that nothing can not help . The attitude is just depressing . The mood before the New Year has been greatly spoiled .
