Montefiore 3 * is located on a quiet street Shatz, at 2 min . walking of one of the central streets in Jerusalem King George ("and Melech George" on Hebrew) . From the hotel you can easily walk to the Old Town . The hotel is small, clean, neat . The hotel has 6 floors and the 7th floor, in which only 3 rooms - 2 renovated standard rooms (very nice design, small balcony IR) and one suite rooms are fairly spacious . . There are tea corner, a TV, dressing table, coffee table .Plumbing modern . View from the room to the apartment houses . The first day at the hotel was at Shabbat . Jerusalem was empty, everything was closed . I walked right to the street . King George to the pretty street Hillel, where , it turned out there is a cafe, working even on Saturday . In my opinion, Montefiore is an excellent option for accommodation in Jerusalem at an unpriced price near the Old Town .
