During this time, technologies and methods of cooking have changed, new equipment was created and plants were built: everything was done to preserve the fine taste of beer and increase its production volumes . Industrial Ostrava, like no other city in the country, influenced the history of Czech brewing . You can get acquainted with it by visiting the museum of brewing, p located at the legendary beer factory of the city - "Ostrava", which has long become a historical monument of Ostrava and its integral attraction. . The products of the Ostrava factory belong to one of the most respectable beer companies in the Czech Republic - Staropramen, which holds leading positions in beer production and relates to to the number of the main suppliers of beer products in the country's market .
The history of the plant originates in 1842 ., when the first production of a foam drink was built . Before that, there were as many as 7 breweries in the city, but with the time, their number was reduced . Some of them were joined to larger producers, some went bankrupt . As a result of the Second World War and the subsequent destruction, only one plant survived - Ostravar . After the reconstruction, the plant for a short time reached the pre-war level of production, and soon completely Chil indicators .
