In early October this year on the island of Hainan for a few days there were heavy torrential rains that ended by 07.10.2010. Livni were not accompanied by gusts of wind, respectively, strong destruction on the island is not it was observed that roads were washed away in some places, which, however, did not lead to a stoppage of traffic and the closure of Sanya airport, everything continued to function as before.

Several small villages were flooded, located in the lowlands near the city of Chonghai, which is 150 km from the resort zone of Sanya, where Russian tourists usually rest. Personnel recently shown on TV have been shot right there.
